UPEX® ONE
This is the first high performance nugget and coin detector made by EBINGER for treasure hunters. It can be counted amongst the most powerful devices worldwide in archaeology and treasure hunting.
Essential technical features of the detector are based on the technology of the well proven locators which are used in humanitarian mine action worldwide.
CONSTRUCTION
The UPEX® ONE is equipped with a search head of ~230 mm, an S-shaped two part telescopic handle, armrest and rearward electronic holder. Power supply is provided by a battery container. The battery container is fi tted at the rear end of S-handle, which balances the detector optimally. The UPEX® ONE can be operated with dry or rechargeable batteries.
OPERATION PRINCIPLE
The UPEX® ONE works by means of the Pulse Induction Principle (PI) going back to the 70ies. After further development and combined with ground compensation the detector is now using sophisticated technique.
Ground magnetic effects are suppressed, small metal parts or nuggets will be detected on non-cooperative grounds. The detection in the vicinity of saltwater will not disturb the sensitivity.
Due to the Pulse Analyzing Function the conductivity of various located metal parts are indicated by a high or low alarm signal.
